Exactly!!!! I like what Keates has done and that is why I admire the fact he has a value of what he believes a player is worth and sticks to it. I did say he has a massive task in the summer, but in my opinion unlike his predecessor will have already put in a lot of groundwork on researching players and will know what he wants.[/QUOTE]
