Overall I'm talking, not specifically about Penn. I trust DK by the way. This isn't a slur on him at all.
Last summer was a disaster I know, I'm also aware that it was Mills fault.
But we do struggle to retain our better players, this needs addressing in order for us to achieve something. That was my point.
