At the Stereophonics gig I spent far more on ale then I did on my ticket.
Even if people aren't drinking alcohol, they're still going to be inside for a few hours so will probably buy a soft drink or two and perhaps something to eat.
I'd be surprised if our mark up for food and soft drinks isn't at least 200% and for alcohol (bottles) 300%.
