I'm led top believe that the membership system has been improved, nothing ever works perfectly but it can be put right if the members in question contact the people in charge. Can be sorted out on the night if required.
Despite all the efforts over the years to communicate and encourage members participation, the number of members voting has been very low. Apathy rules.
