It's probably because the email address you're using is linked to your own adult membership. If you've got an alternative email address you could try registering with that and purchasing Junior/Youth Dragon membership with that (just remember to put your child's name details in when signing them up!).
If that doesn't work you could sign them up at the club shop be filling in a membership form or if you PM me your email address I will email you our membership form that you can download at home, fill in and send to the address at the bottom of the form (RP won't allow me to attach publisher files or I'd have attached it here).
