The clue is in the title, Safety ADVISORY Group.
Surely the club go into the meeting saying "This is what we want to do" and it's up to the group to advise the club on what needs to be put in place to make that happen.
Then it's up to the club to make counter proposals as required and they thrash it out over tea and biscuits.
It's out of order to give the GUS to the away supporters but tbf Tranmere packed it out, which is more than I can say about our own fans.
I can't see
jester bringing that many for this but there will be a swell to the home support, with that in mind the club should be allowed to keep the GUS for home fans and stick the three or four hundred from across the border in the normal area set aside for away fans.
