That is right, at least according to the none league London football grapevine, of which I know the odd person involved (not quite that much a geek myself!): it's definite if they go up they'll replace it with a compliant pitch for the football league.
They want to go up and are aiming to do so, whereas other clubs with plastic pitches, certainly Maidstone but query also Borehamwood and Bromley wouldn't be looking to go up at this stage.
