We need to come out of this stronger and learn the lessons from the last 6 years.
Build the spine of the team, quality not quantity, use the loan system sparingly and only to improve the starting 11, 442 formation and a manager that cares and does his homework in this division. only play the youngsters if they’re good enough, players play on merit and recruit good players from other NL teams.....the list goes on.
Mistakes made by allowing AM poor recruitment, promoting Barr, Gary Mills 1 the ladder and Gary Mills 2 the slacker.....learn the lessons of history.
