1 is affordability and 2 is attracting those players to the NL. There maybe have been 1 or 2 better players around this season that have come good. Wedge is proven and was a major reason why we were so hard to beat for 4/5ths of the season. We should be keeping him and improving our lot around him. Eventually Wright maybe the better option but currently the squad and team will be weaker without him.

Depends what type of team you want or more importantly Sam wants and the formation.
I would prefer to see passing through midfield just like other NL teams do against us. If were going 442 then the 2 CMs need to be dictating the play and not running round like a terrier on steroids.
Likewise 433 with the 3 midfielders all passing the ball with 3 forwards taking players on. Penn was better and so was the CM who played alongside Lee Fowler whose name escapes me, so is Turnbull and many others.
