It's politics JS. People don't always say what they really mean and weak endorsement can disguise outright opposition. Will never forget , when I was involved in a Fans' group several years ago and we were discussing a donation to the fledgling DSA. A Trust board member reminded us that " The DSA is nothing to do with the Football Club. " We gave our money to WST ....and I quit the group soon after.
