I never buy shirts so am a bit of an amateur when it comes to this, but from the point of view of somebody who might buy one , the “purity of the shirt design” is destroyed by the huge Ivor Williams banner on the sleeve. It's not that weird really, it's trying to get more income from sponsorship so we can offer more wages like you'd like us to do. Plenty of European clubs, much bigger than us have shirts covered in sponsors. I don't like them but I understand why they are there.
