I recall being told that each club has to pay for so many places at the league AGM. Our directors accept no freebies (they pay for season tickets etc) so they personally pay to attend rather than have the club incur the cost. I bet they are the only ones attending who do that. Not sure that’s really necessary but can you imagine the vitriol from the numpties on social media if word got out they were “lapping it up” at the Celtic Manor at the fans expense? In reality its probably as dull as dishwater.
