Unless we make plans @ and follow them through!,, then we won’t progress - we will simple stay where we are and see other teams, including
Chester progress, they are clearly planning for the future, helped somewhat by their £1m cash injection.
I give the WST my full support on the initiative - not an easy task to deliver on
