Also highlights how quickly WPL clubs have caught up in the past 10 years since a big push for them all to have structured academies. Not bad considering those clubs rely heavily on volunteers and some put in as little as £30k a season which comes from a Welsh FA grant.

Just highlights the excuses a little more.
