If it wasn't for the timing I would have been okay with the Keates situation, he did seem genuinely torn and didn't string the club along by all accounts, and left for his dream job....the timing killed us and cost us a shot at a weak play-offs though so for that he is a shithouse.
Ricketts seems to have been underhanded, lied to the club, players and fans and has left for a crappy club that are punching above there weight and hopefully on the way back down (not just saying that as they are a 'rival' to us)....Don't expect blind loyalty from someone with no real ties to the club but I would have expected a bit of integrity and respect to us for giving him his chance only four months ago.
