It really is the million dollar question, isn’t it..... what’s changed ?!?!
I can only guess that it’s a mix of factors, but I am probably wrong.
Tinkering with the team line up.
Persevering with a midfield that doesn’t provide ammo for strikers, preferring to knock the ball sideways and backwards, and not attack as a unit.
No Walker tonight.
Negative tactics for away games.... I didn’t go tonight,
to those who did...but the word from them is that we say back and invited Bromley in, first half. This can sometimes work, some of the time, but it costs us eventually, as a team with a lively attack but a shit defence will just go on the front foot, and pick us off.
Also football particularly at our level, is partly about mental strength and determination. We saw very little of that on Saturday v Dover. The attitude appeared to be a world away from that which the players showed v Salford at home.
