The model will not achieve promotion given the decision making. That is now becoming clearer. The board members have created themselves a closed shop for decision making and its clear that factions are forming between the 2 boards as people indulge their own self importance.
Despite yesterdays arse covering meeting prior to the MTM event the rifts are clear.
