When fans took over there was a great opportunity to change the way clubs were run, but instead it’s just like every other club but without the money to do it well. The reason that has happened is because fans behave like you, blathering on and on if the team up the road signs someone you want and the club has to look like it’s chasing that. If that insults most of the fan base that’s because it’s intentional; after everything the club has been through most people just want to keep on doing the same thing, and if you think that would end with promotion then you’re barking mad.
This is the biggest issue for me. We've been on this track for years, and gone through players and managers at an alarming rate. Absolutely everything goes into the first team, but even with our impressive attendances we continue to struggle with getting quality onto the pitch consistently.

Due to the way we have been set-up we must have a small high-quality side, and we need a very good manager to make up for lack of resources. However this season we've yet again we have quantity over quality, and our fringe players can't even 'rot' in the reserves anymore. We have lot of money who train during the week but are nowhere near match fitness.

I don't know what the answer is, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't lie in repeated one-season crap-shoots. Not without any outraguos slice of luck.
