So in reality there is no access and it will be discretionary by the new landowner.
Really great health and saferty from WCBC and yet another let down by them.
Just imagine a fire and no access, actually no it doesn’t bare thinking about.
Still don’t understand why it’s just not done via compulsory purchase for the good of the club and to prevent further problems from prospective owners.
There seems to be an argument for no further development other than for the club.
