Its too late now, but it does stick in the crawl a bit.
Good luck to Blackpool in avoiding the points deduction; and maybe it was the way in which we constructed our appeal; but at the time our situation had a fair amount of publicity - after all it also went to the high court - but that seemed to have no bearing whatsoever on an arbitrary decision which damn near killed the club.
Yet with Blackpool a high court decision was allowed to be taken as mitigation.
