Its all about finding those players and that needs homework.
Take the Cowley brothers as a great example. Another promotion.
They carry no passengers and their recruitment in the main has been spot on even at 2 different clubs and different budgets.
Whereas we have carried at least 5 each week as the ratings often show.
Its not an easy job we know but dont make it more difficult by recruiting players that offer nothing.
