Its not an easy job we know but dont make it more difficult by recruiting players that offer nothing.

The Cowley's were recruited for the outstanding jobs they had done at Braintree, but you have to appreciate Lincoln's chairman was pumping £1m a cool £200K in the kitty each season, then on top of that the mega financial return from their cup run followed by huge increases in gates means they can shop in a completely different market to us.
