With regards to our on-field fortunes, we’ve not been helped with managers who’ve jumped ship. Maybe we could have paid them accordingly.

One of the head scratching occurrences this season (noted by pagl too) is the sheer volume of loan players. There must have been a strategic decision to get in as many as we can to bolster the squad. If we’ve been paying all their wages over the term then it was a poor decision because only a few have been any real value to us.
AA, sure I wrote another sensible thing a few weeks back

I cant think of any posters that could complain about the way the actual finances are managed or the work of those that hold the purse strings. It has been commendable.

We all know its on football decisions thats where our problems lie.
Sometimes these have had financial bearings or possibly even reasons but they are costing us. Davies appointment was cheapskate. He may as well have gone with Keates. Barrows appointment has all the hallmarks of missing out on DL and then GB ‘persuaded’ (some might say pressured) into the job.

Then to compound the poor decision he is given the money to spend with no interest in the job. They may as well have let any 2 fans spend it.
