"Moving the dates forward would of been a non starter as the youth league still haven’t finished their season. Cancelling league fixtures to accommodate cup matches on this scale would lead to problem down the line with referee availability for rearranged midweek fixtures.
4 months notice should of been more than enough time for the youth league hierarchy to inform their clubs that the Racecourse was provisional this season because of the reasons outlined."
