Some humanity would be a good start, apologise for getting things wrong and don't look to pass the buck every bleeding time.
Concentrate on ourselves and not what's happening at other clubs, oddly using Bolton's financial strife to pay themsksves on the back. The obsession particularly with Slaford this season another one.
The biggest one, stop blaming fans everytime something goes t*ts up on their watch! We all want what's best and still they cant see they play a big role in dividing the fan base in the way they behave!
