A change in personnel on the club board for me. This current mob have resided over years of failure on the pitch and someone needs to be held accountable or nothing will change. Getting to the playoffs is our MINIMUM acceptable target. Reaching the minimum acceptable target once in 6 years then wimping out at that stage is simply not good enough
