At least the “private” developers know the commercial value and won’t hang around. That doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll develop immediately.
Who knows how much the welsh govt have offered. Perhaps it’s well below market value. Hopefully things start moving.
Some positive redevelopment could be a shot in the arm for the club.
