Below is a quote from BH regarding the type of player he is looking to sign. The last sentence is a bit disconcerting as it suggests that we can only really afford players who may have failed at other clubs but who generally have a good reputation. Rather than players who have recently proved to be in good form.

"This is our 12th season in the division and we need personnel who are going to make a difference.
"Characters and leaders, players who are hungry. It has not quite happened for them at certain clubs but they want to show they are good players."
