To answer the above.
1) There are probably fans who could serve on the board who could help to improve things. Whether they are known to the board or available to serve is another matter.
2)See 1)
3) Yes. but slowly. I think communication could be improved.
Would much prefer to see general statements released by the board rather than individuals making comments.
The board make collective decisions, No one member should have to stick his / her head above the parapet and take the flack.
Whether the board are perceived to be making the right decisions is another matter, but that would apply even if the board members were changed, or added to.
