The Board backed a manager who did not want the job. They allowed(persuaded?) him to continue in post until the January window shut.
They put him up at a meet the manager meeting despite knowing he did not want the job, without informing the WST board.
Is the club that wouldn't play ball the rumoured £50k bid for Danny Rowe? If so I would bet that Fylde laughed that out of the door.
