If the stand is built on the spare land then how far from the pitch will it be as the Uni must own the land directly adjacent to the pitch. Is that right?

Once again its seems a generalisation and theoretical set of ideas.
No purchase has been made and no-one has any money or budget other than Glyndwr who suddenly are talking £60m.

Think you are getting confused, understandable with all that's gone on.

1 The Uni own all the land including the stadium.
2. Nothing has been approved by the Council yet and with their record I remain a doubter.
3. The Uni will own the assets as far as I'm aware, whether that means an increase in the lease is not yet known, neither is who benefits from the day to day use of the facility.

A lot of detail to come out yet including the design of the kop stand and the long term regeneration of the GUS and Yale stands.
