Default Open day. Observations.

Reasonable turnout but the whole thing could have been far better organised to ensure that fans, especially the younger ones had a better experience.

There were no announcements or commentary over the session which was in itself puzzling until I found that the Mike had been mislaid / stolen / Hidden.

The only catering facility open was in the Centenary club but no one told the fans.
If the Yale catering booth had been open it would have benefitted the fans and the club with sales of snacks and drinks.

The "Event " was organised by the trust, not the club. It appeared that the Stadium manager wasn't interested in the idea of an open day. I must surely be not alone in thinking that he's employed to help put events like this on??

Stadium tour seemed to be rather slow with large queues waiting.

In my mind an open day like this should at least involve the kids more with side shows, target football etc. The club is missing a great opportunity to engage with the fan base.

Grumpy rant over.
