Ideally, yes.
However, another volunteer wouldn't necessarily break us. He MUST come from outside the current club / WST board though, collectively and especially SH have shown themselves to be completely clueless in the last 12 months. Problem is, I'm unsure another volunteer with the time available will exist.
There's no doubting SH puts the hours in, but he's currently nothing more than a busy fool.
