Default Re: CONFIRMED: Keates appointed

"Dean left the team in fourth place after beating rivals Chester 2-0, having kept a club record 20 clean sheets, on a 13-game unbeaten run and having only lost 6 games all season."

Apart from the bitter taste some fans may still have about a young, ambitious manager taking a job in the football league (wouldn't we all have done the same in his position?), I cannot understand why so many are up in arms over this. The record Dean left with, as highlighted above, was excellent and is one which would see us climb the table in no time at all if replicated. Obviously we cannot expect it to be matched necessarily, however give the man a chance and get behind the team. There's a long, long way to go yet and I for one am feeling incredibly optimistic about this. COYR
