The WST know they can't avoid this because any discussion points here will become resolutions at the next AGM if they haven't held an EGM beforehand. It would be worth getting this out of the way rather than let it fester until the next AGM.
FYI - i have not yet signed up to an EGM but may do given what's been happening with the DSA. How its is resolved (or not resolved) over the next few days may be the final straw for me and i guess for others too.
