Good point but if time is of the essence which it probably is at present then the a rule change is also needed to enable members to act to act to remove directors before their term of office is completed in specified circumstances. Subject to some sensible clauses to prevent malicious individual or small group being malicious or acting unreasonably.
That would bring accountability closer to home. Within their two terms they are still pretty bomb proof.
