Would the answer be better to have other on the board and to have an influence on decision making to move the club forward, involving the club/WST members as a fans owned club? Still can't get my head around Bircham, Horne, Bryn Law all leaving over a fairly short period. Reasons have been given for their departures but then have these positions been filled after?

I think on the whole their roles were spread between the remaining board members. Which would possibly explain why the current situation seems to be happening, spreading too thin?
