I think you're nearer the mark there QR. There is clearly a large proportion of the WST membership who are inactive, other than turning up to watch the `football'.
The bit I don't get - and find disappointing - is that the boards don't appear to be seeing that there is a proportion of the fan-base that is unhappy.
Whether those fans are in the minority or not, they need engaging with in my view - a community club needs to be a `broad church' - and not ignore dissenting voices.
Holding out from discussing these issues unless the threshold is reached may be easier in the short term but is not taking the long view.
