A takeover in the hope that the new owner would pump money in and not disappear at the first sign of trouble or when he realised that he'd inherited a cash drain?
If it was the latter then I'd expect the purchaser to reimburse the trust the £1million plus they've invested to ensure that we could start again if it went tits up.
