The right thing to do would be for certain members of the board to stand down and let the process begin in bringing in the right leadership at the top. This would take time to get right so is probably best to conduct at the end of the season.
We could have twice the budget and we still wouldn't be able to compete with the current management in charge so the management team also have to go as a priority. Letting them spending any of our money will likely be just a waste.

However, from the boards point if they admit that they are not competent then they are out, so for them they will stick with Keates, Davies and Darlo and back them with funds in the blind hope that that will save our season.

I can only see things getting worse before it gets better, unfortunately.
