My point is change will not come about by volunteering, if they decide it's not for them despite a vote in favour they will not enact it.
Shadowing could result in change, however, only yes people will be given those roles. It certainly wont be any of those who've stood down in recent months.
Plenty of viable alternatives have been put forward by many people, some don't want any investment or a sale, but have put alternative visions forward. To try to say otherwise is pure lies on your part.
