wasnt too long ago mark crieghton was saying we should "speculate to accumilate" and he got slated on here for wanting to risk our finances.... now a lot of you want pretty much the same thing.
as regardless how you try spin it... investors is a risk. as you never know what kind of investor you get and how much debt they may put us in. as investment = debt
