Completely seperate issue.
This can only be a good thing really. The cynic in me can't help but think that the redeveloped Kop is going to be the least important element of it for the majority of the partners. So I think it's critical that the club does what they can to progress that part of the scheme. If the funding is secured then get approved contractors and partners in board, get planning permission sorted and commit to the build.
