I don't know that many company ceo's who aren't a bit of a helmet at times though. Aggressive / Alpha personalities and all that. Probably best to judge on their achievements. Spencer on the other hand has achieved the biggest divide in 2 decades between fans. He has stepped up the numbers in the recruitment department however
