Mad that people think like this

It's not anyone's job to put forward nominations for people to take over simply because they are essentially saying as a collective we belive the existing board lack the capability and ambition to drive the club forward and additionally need to be held to account for bad decisions made over an extended period of time.

The WST is there to steward the elections process for new members and then the memberships job to cast their votes. How do people not understand this?
