Its the fan members who own the club - On that basis you could argue it the fan members to blame - All the decision making started with them at stage 1 above.

I think of the WST as a fans' co-operative. There is only one 'share', which is held by the WST executive on behalf of the WST membership.
Arguing about ownership of that 'one share' is academic.
However, whilst the WST members do have the ability to influence the WST executive through AGMs, votes and EGMs, the current system is -- by design or default -- biased towards what that executive wishes.
There is certainly a gap on RP between what the executive thinks is best for the club, and what most RP posters think and believe. Whether that gap is representative of most (75%) of WST members is currently unknown.
Before we drift off into a flight of fantasy, the fundamentals remain:
Is the football club successfully meeting its stated aim of promotion?
Categorically NOT!
Why is it not meeting that requirement?
Because of some bad luck but, more importantly, a lack of footballing nous amongst the Wrexham AFC Board members AND the WST Chairman's inability to supervise the Board and offer clear guidance when they went wrong.
What can we members do about it, other than whinge and moan?
Develop and present a credible alternative to what we currently have.
Have we done this?
I see lots of deserved whinging and moaning but no credible alternative other than the desire for change. That doesn't cut the mustard, I am afraid.
Therein lies the problem: urgent change is needed, but we must define what change can be achieved; how; by whom; and when. Until we get this sorted we will continue to dance merrily around the May-Pole, yet still be in the same mire next season.
PS I think the Wrexham AFC Board members have been in post too long, and we need a plan to rotate them out over time. Getting rid of everyone in a cull sounds appealing to some, but it is fraught with danger. Conversely, there is a danger if we carry on as we are; because some of those Board members and WST executives have lost credibility with the wider fan-base over how they have managed/mismanaged things these past few years.
