We've done to death as to whether we are a 'big' club or not - with regard to Wilkin we were too 'big' for him. He wasn't ready or able to assert his authority and he didn't have the experience or confidence to tell those that needed it to fcuk off out of the Club.

He did have some good qualities but they weren't in leadership - we will get nowhere until we get an experienced kick ass leader.
