Unless the platform is at a higher level, it is exposed to the elements, a scenario that the new facility should avoid. Otherwise it is no better than the pitch side spaces in the MRS. Any platform above 2metres requires a lift. A ramp to serve a platform just shy of the 2m would extend about 45metres. (equivalent to 3/4 of the pitch width)
