If we stick with Darlington, then we need to use players who are used to his system, even if it means they lack experience. This means giving more chances to our youth players. Just because they struggle elsewhere - they might actually come good in a more familiar environment.

However, my preference would be to oust Darlington. Somebody like Askey should have been brought in seasons ago, but unfortunately we go weak-kneed when dealing with anyone to do with the FAW.

Its telling that you and many others including myself speak of Pep Darlington as if he is the manager.
