According to the plan shown on Wrexham.Com its the land to the rear of the K op.

Can only think that there is some sort of agreement where the club (University) purchase or take peppercorn arrangement for enough land to make a new stand viable.

I wonder if fans / members will get the detail of this planning exercise ???
